This is the simple premise of traffic exchanges (sometimes known as 'hit exchanges'). The mind of a person using a traffic exchange is that they want to hurry up and click on the next image that will take them to the next surfing page.

In general they have no time for long sales letters or products/services that have nothing to do with getting more traffic or making more money. Keep in mind that these people already are involved in a business. That doesn't mean that they wouldn't be interested in making money in another business opportunity or in multiple streams of income.
